Archive of Speculative Design
The Anthropogenic Narratives website archives 11 innovative
Communication Design projects, exhibited during a show at the
Triennale di Milano. These projects, developed through a process of
didactic experimentation, are meant to provoke new questions and
inspire reflection on our present and future, rather than offering
clear-cut answers. The site invites users to explore these
thought-provoking works in depth.
The name of the project is "Anthropogenic Narratives: Communicating
and Experiencing Non-Human Perspectives”, which perfectly sums up the
concept of the course and the exhibition: narrating from a
non-anthropocentric point of view, putting nature at the center and
showing through natural elements the consequences of climate change.
The identity is based on the effect of reaction diffusion, which is
applied not only to the title of the exhibition but also to the
various projects within the dedicated pages.
Visual identity as metaphor
The website we created is therefore not just a showcase, it embodies
the concept of "looking through" to communicate from a new perspective
allowing nature itself to become the main character and tell its own
story.
